Important Tips Before Travelling for Eid Holidays
As Eid approaches and airports are expected to be crowded, Flydubai advises its passengers to follow a series of important tips before travelling.
In order to ensure a smooth travel experience.
Travel Tips From Flydubai
Here are some travel tips for you, whether you’re traveling to visit friends or family, or planning a trip during the upcoming days:
- Update your contact information.
- Check in online between 48 hours and 75 minutes before your flight departs from Dubai.
- Remember to check your booking for allowed baggage weights.
- You should arrive at the airport at least 4 hours before your flight departure.
You can also save time at the airport by using one of our new self-service kiosks in Terminal 2.
There, you can print your baggage tag and check in for your flight (if you haven’t already done so online).
Then head straight to the dedicated bag drop desk.
We recommend checking the flight information screens at your departure gate regularly and making sure you’re at the gate well in advance for boarding.
Travel Smoothly Via Dubai Airport:
- Pre-select your seat if you want to sit with family or friends.
- Know which terminal or airport you are departing from.
- You can add extra baggage weight to your booking for a fee.
- Take advantage of the home check-in service in partnership with DUBZ.
- Enjoy meet and greet services provided by “Marhaba” upon arrival at the airport.
By following these important tips before travelling, you’ll be able to enjoy a smooth and hassle-free journey.
Wishing you a Happy Eid Holiday !
