Humanizing Buildings Certificate: A Global Certification with an Emirati Identity
Humanizing Buildings Certificate is the first of its kind in the region, developed based on global best practices.
It positions the UAE as a leading hub in developing sustainable urban environments.
The Humanizing Buildings standards focus on creating healthier and more sustainable living spaces through cutting-edge national specifications that:
- Improve air quality
- Enhance natural lighting
- Ensure thermal comfort
- Reduce noise pollution
- Encourage physical activity
These measures contribute to better public health and increased well-being for individuals and communities.
A Holistic Approach to Urban Design
These standards reflect the UAE’s commitment to an integrated urban design approach that:
