75% of Gen Z professionals in the UAE recognize the importance of communication.
A new survey by LinkedIn, the world’s largest professional network, revealed a communication gap between Gen Z professionals and their older colleagues.
This communication gap is leading to professional barriers between different generations.
However, 75% of Gen Z professionals in the UAE and Saudi Arabia recognize the importance of communication.
Because it is improving productivity, learning, teamwork, and employee morale.
The desire to learn among Gen Z contradicts the prevailing stereotype of them being “difficult” or resistant to advice and guidance.
Even 74% of Gen Z professionals in the UAE and Saudi Arabia consider career stability their top priority, which aligns with their colleagues from other generations.
And when evaluating a company’s culture and values, nearly half (46%) of Gen Z prioritize opportunities for growth and learning.
