Emirates Post, in cooperation with the Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation, issued a special commemorative stamp to celebrate the start of the first Barakah nuclear power plant in the Al Dhafra Region in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

Emirates Post issues 25,000 commemorative stamps, 1,000 envelopes for the first day of issuance, and a thousand postcards, which are available for sale from October 25 at the main customer happiness centres of Emirates Post and the Emirates Post online store.
Dialogue session on the UAE’s peaceful nuclear program
The Human Resources Authority of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi organized a dialogue session on the nuclear energy program in the United Arab Emirates at the level of the entities and employees of the Abu Dhabi government, in coordination and cooperation with the Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulation, where it briefed the employees on the developments of the United Arab Emirate’s peaceful nuclear program.
The session was attended by Alia Abdullah Al Mazrouei, Director General of the Human Resources Authority for the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, Christopher Victorsen, Director General of the Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulation, Muhammad Sultan Al Zaabi, Deputy Director-General for Administrative Affairs at the Authority, and Raul Hashem Awad, Deputy Director-General of the Operations Sector at the Authority, with the aim of introducing employees to the plans and program.

In this regard, Christer Victor Viktorsen, Director General of the Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulation, gave an overview of the authority’s history, roles and responsibilities at the first dialogue session on the scale of government employees, hosted by the capital, Abu Dhabi.
