However, it witnessed a phenomenal success, with over $9.25 million USD in total investment commitments secured from global investors.

15 promising startups from around the world competed for the FinTech World Cup Champion title.
They showcased their innovations to a crowd of global investors.

The Winner
Abro emerged as the champion of the FinTech World Cup.
The winner, “Abro,” received a $500,000 USD immediate cash prize.
In addition to many investment commitments from other investors,.
Some highlights include:
- Phoenix 196 secured a $5 million USD investment commitment from Droop Management.
- Motive Partners has committed a $3 million USD investment in AlphaStream.
- Validus received a $750,000 USD investment commitment from OOM Ventures.
Successful Event
Praising the event’s success, Mohammed Salim, founder and chairman of Trescon, made a personal commitment to invest $500,000 USD in the winning company, Abro.
Naveen Bharadwaj, Group CEO at Trescon, further emphasized Trescon’s continued support for the winning startups.
This is done by providing mentorship and guidance for their growth and development.
