The field hospital that the UAE built in Amd Gras, Chad, to support Sudanese refugees in the Republic of Chad has received over 6,110 Cases.
Moreover, the field hospital continues to provide its medical services by receiving different Sudanese brothers and local community members.
In fact, the construction of the field hospital comes within the framework of the UAE support for Sudan in below fields:
-The humanitarian Aid.
-Relief.
-Medical support.
Confirming that the UAE supports the friendly Republic of Chad is in the context of responding to the relief of the humanitarian situation of Sudanese refugees.
Also, this shows how the UAE is thankful to the Republic of Chad.
Due to the fact that Chad welcomed and supported a large number of Sudanese refugees since April 2023.
Since its opening, the field hospital in Chad has received 6,110 medical cases.
While the medical team has performed 54 successful surgeries.
The UAE humanitarian team in Amd Gras visited the hospital to check on the patients.
And also to provide them with psychological support, and to closely monitor their health conditions.
In return, the patients praised the excellent healthcare provided to them.

As well as the professionalism of the medical team that provides them with all services.
Which are provided to them from the moment they arrive at the hospital until they leave.
About the humanitarian team in the field hospital in Chad.
The humanitarian team consists of members from the Emirates Red Crescent.
As well as the Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation.
In addition to the Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation.
All of the efforts of the humanitarian team are in coordination with the UAE Aid Coordination Office in Chad.
The UAE supports the Sudanese brothers by many ways since early April:
Nowadays, the UAE continues its support for the affected Sudanese brothers due to the difficult humanitarian conditions caused by the conflict.
The UAE also aims to support the friendly Republic of Chad in response to the mitigation of the effects of the humanitarian situation.
Because the conflict in Sudan resulted in the influx of large numbers of Sudanese refugees to Chad.
Since the beginning of the events in Sudan, the UAE has launched an air and sea bridge.
Which has transported nearly 2,000 tons of humanitarian aid.
Furthermore, the launched sea bridge has transported humanitarian aid to Port Sudan to support those affected in Sudan.
While the humanitarian aid by the UAE included various medical, food, and relief supplies.
