New Joint Venture Between Aldar Properties Group and Expo City
Aldar Properties and Expo City Dubai have announced a partnership to develop a Expo City Dubai mixed-use project.
The project will feature a variety of residential, office, and retail spaces.
It will also enhance the rapidly growing economic landscape of the city.
Details of Expo City Dubai Mixed-Use Project
Expo City Dubai mixed-use project is strategically located near Al Maktoum International Airport and the Dubai Exhibition Centre.
This is to provides easy access to all parts of the city and beyond via a world-class network of major highways and a dedicated metro station.
The new project consists of six buildings.
It is also a key part of the new master plan recently announced by Dubai Expo City.
That aims at establishing the city as a leading destination for business and modern living.
Building on the success of hosting major international events such as Expo 2020 Dubai and COP28 climate conference.
The largest indoor venue for exhibitions and events in Mena region.
The buildings will be located next to Dubai Exhibition Centre, set to undergo a significant expansion costing AED 10 billion.
Increasing its space from 58,000 square meters to 180,000 square meters by 2031.

Aldar Properties and Dubai Expo City have established a 50-50 joint venture.
This venture will oversee the development and ownership of the mixed-use project at a total cost exceeding AED 1.75 billion.
Project that aligns with Dubai Expo City new master plan
The total floor space of the project will be 103,000 square meters.
It will be distributed between residential units, office spaces, and retail outlets.
Mentioning that Aldar will exclusively manage the project’s assets upon completion.
This joint venture brings together two partners with a shared vision to create vibrant and sustainable communities.
