Emirates Airline introduced its new travel store “Emirates World” in Casablanca, Morocco.
This store is the first of its kind in North Africa, introducing a new concept to the region.
Mentioning that it is expected to elevate Morocco customers experience to unprecedented levels.
“Emirates World” store in Casablanca is the largest one among all the travel stores opened by the airline globally.
The store is spanning over 534 square meters.
Located on Franklin Roosevelt Street, one of the most prestigious streets in Morocco’s economic capital.
What Are the Services of Emirates World Store ?
Customer can receive consultations from travel experts at Emirates World store – Casablanca.
They can also get assistance in choosing inspiring travel destinations.
This can be either from the airline’s experts or through advanced technology tools available in the store.
The store was inaugurated by Adnan Kazim, Chief Commercial Officer at Emirates.
In the presence of His Excellency Al Asri Saeed Ahmed Al Dhaheri, UAE Ambassador to Morocco.
Along with senior guests from business partners and media representatives.

In this occasion, Adnan Kazim said: “The opening of Emirates World in Casablanca comes just three weeks after the opening of our first store in Africa.
Through this, we reaffirm our commitment to enhancing our customers’ experience across our continental network, which includes 19 African cities.”

The store’s design features a wide, open color palette, reminiscent of the signature look and feel onboard Emirates aircraft.
Enhancing its aesthetic and authenticity in a lounge-like open environment.
Moreover, it offers nine service desks where experts provide customers with a comprehensive range of services.
From trip planning and booking support to ticket purchases and general inquiries.
The centerpiece of Emirates World store in Casablanca is a life-size model of the onboard lounge of the iconic Emirates Airbus A380.
Along with a “live” experience of its premium economy seats.
This gives Moroccan travelers a close-up view of the premium travel experience on Emirates.

Emirates Renews Its Commitment to Morocco
For over two decades, Emirates has been a loyal and committed partner to the aviation, tourism, and trade sectors in Morocco.
Since launching its first Moroccan flight, Emirates has transported over 3.65 million passengers on its daily flights between Dubai and Casablanca.
In 2022, Emirates formed a codeshare partnership with Royal Air Maroc.
Through which “Emirates” provided seamless connections to 18 other local points in Morocco.
Including Fez, Marrakech, Agadir, Rabat, and Tangier.
Over 28,600 passengers traveled through the codeshare partnership last year.
Those passengers explored and travelled comfortably and easily.
Another aspect of Emirates’ commitment to Morocco is in employment.
As the airline has provided significant job opportunities in Morocco.
