Emirates airline is planning to hire 5,000 cabin crew to support the arrival of its new Airbus A350 aircraft.
The airline’s recruitment team will be holding open days for assessments in over 460 cities across six continents.
Which is reflecting the carrier’s global network and the diversity of its cabin crew team.
Moreover, Emirates airline is inviting recent graduates with internship or part-time work experience on their CVs.
Or those with one or two years of experience in hospitality or customer service, to be part of the world’s largest international airline.
In 2023 only 8000 cabin crew member joined Emirates
In 2023, Emirates hired an incredible 8,000 cabin crew members.
This was through holding recruitment events in 353 cities as the carrier ramped up its services post-pandemic.
In August 2023, the company’s cabin crew headcount surpassed the 20,000 mark, and now stands at 21,500.
The new cabin crew recruitment drive comes as Emirates begins to take delivery of its long-awaited A350 aircraft from mid-year and Boeing 777-X aircraft starting in 2025.
The company has 65 A350 aircraft and a mix of 205 777-9 and 777-8 aircraft.
However, the new aircraft will expand the airline’s reach and provide flexibility to add new routes to its network.
There are several steps to join Emirates Airline Cabin Crew, and here’s a general overview:
1. Eligibility requirements:
- Be at least 21 years old at the time of joining.
- Have a minimum arm reach of 212 cm (on tiptoes).
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Meet the UAE’s visa and medical fitness requirements.
2. Application process:
- Create an online profile on the Emirates Group Careers website.
- Submit your application and CV.
- If shortlisted, you’ll be invited to attend an assessment day, which typically includes:
- Group discussions
- Aptitude tests

3. Open days:
