3.2 Million Transactions
During the first half of 2024, more than 3.2 million transactions were completed through “DubaiNow” App.
As per Dr. Moza Swedan, the Executive Director of the Digital Platforms and Applications Sector at Dubai Digital Government.
The total amount collected since the app’s launch exceeded 12 billion dirhams.
Dr. Moza Swedan further stated that the app was downloaded approximately 500,000 times.
Across both Apple and Android stores during the first half of this year.
Additionally, around 150,000 new users joined the platform during the same period.
Bringing the total number of users since the app’s launch to over 1.6 million.

“DubaiNow” app serves as a unified platform for individual services in Dubai.

DubaiNow is the first and only Dubai Government application.
It provides access to more than 250 government and private sector services from over 35 entities.
