Dubai Intl Chamber Supports 100 Companies to Expand Globally.
Since Dubai Intl Chamber has plans to support expansion of Dubai businesses into key global markets by the end of 2024.
Dubai Intl Chamber, one of the three chambers under the umbrella of Dubai Chambers, announced its plans to facilitate the global expansion of local companies.
As a part of the initiative: “New Horizons for External Expansion” which launched at the beginning of the current year.
During a discussion session with its members, representatives of companies that participated in 2023 business delegations to Central Asian countries, London, and South Africa.
The chamber revealed that it will organize business delegations to Asia, Europe, East and West Africa this year.
Also, Dubai Intl Chamber has plans to explore business opportunities in potential markets.
Including the Baltic states, Southeast Asia, Turkey, and other African markets in 2024.
Mohamed Ali Rashed Lootah, Director General of Dubai Chambers, said:
“Dubai Chambers is committed to support the aspirations of its members to expand to strategically important markets around the world.

The initiative “New Horizons for External Expansion” helps to stimulate the international expansion of our members.
Also it helps to accelerate the achievement of the targets of the Dubai Foreign Trade Plan.
In order to increase the value of foreign trade exchange to two trillion dirhams by 2026.
We target helping 100 companies in Dubai to expand globally by the end of 2024.”
The first organized business delegation within the framework of the “New Horizons for External Expansion” initiative was by March last year.
Moreover, the business delegation was targeting Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan in Central Asia.
Certainly, this delegation followed by business delegations to more destinations such as:
–Retail Technology Show – London in April.
–SITEX Expo – Johannesburg in June.
A total of 38 companies participated in the three delegations.
Also, the meetings held between the companies during the three external delegations were more than 550 bilateral business meetings.
In fact the meetings aim to explore potential partnerships and discuss opportunities to strengthen bilateral relations and cooperation.
While the “New Horizons for External Expansion” initiative aims to connect Dubai companies with the target countries’ stakeholders.
Also with potential business partners.
Furthermore, it aims at enabling the companies to join international business delegations.
Also, the companies will gain direct knowledge on how to establish and operate businesses in priority markets.
This initiative is a complement to the initiative “Business Opportunities Under the Microscope”.
Which provides the business community in Dubai with an important platform to communicate with leaders from the public and private sectors.
Also it supports their plans to expand into key strategic markets.
Moreover, it provides a comprehensive overview of business opportunities, economic potential.
As well as market entry strategies that are targeted by the “New Horizons for External Expansion” initiative.
