In this context, Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority & Dubai Airports, said:

The Airshow will focus on a range of important topics, including space technologies, localization efforts in the sector, through the “Make it in the Emirates” campaign.
As well as the key role of startups in accelerating the pace of implementation of the sustainability agenda.
The Airshow is expected to see significant growth year after year, especially with the remarkable success of the November 2021 edition.
Since November 2021 edition saw the signing of deals worth over US$74 billion and attracted more than 104,000 visitors.
Besides an increase of nearly 50% in the number of visitors, including a number of senior executives from 148 countries.
Dubai Airshow 2023 edition of the exhibition will focus on showcasing sustainability initiatives.
In addition to technologies from government agencies and the aviation industry in general.
Also, it is expected to attract over 100,000 visitors from around the world.
While it will feature over 1,000 exhibitors from over 100 countries.
Also the Airshow will feature a dedicated space experience zone, a missions program, and a two-day event program with participation from industry leaders and innovators.
And for the first time, the Dubai Airshow will be a great opportunity to learn about the latest technologies and solutions in the space sector.
