Dubai International airport welcomes first children group at Eid Al Adha Al Mubaraak

After that, children stamped their passports themselves at the passport platform after leaving the plane door.
Children have received commemorative gifts and photographers took photos and videos for them.

“Dubai Residency”, in cooperation with strategic partners, wanted the opening of the platforms to be unusual.
Also, they wanted the opening to be outside of official and customary frameworks.
It was decided that the first group of children to step on the airport ground would inaugurate the platforms.
He pointed out that the warm reception of children by Dubai airport passport officers will continue throughout the festival days and throughout the year, as it is an integral part of our customs and traditions in welcoming guests.
And he added that the General Directorate launched the first platform in Building 3 during Eid Al-Fitr and achieved remarkable success, with about 11,000 children using it so far.
Also, He pointed out that the platforms feature a wonderful design that combines authentic Emirati heritage with the modern and civilized renaissance witnessed by the emirate, where the camel and the astronaut signify the heritage, renaissance, and future aspirations of the UAE.
The first group of children had a beautiful experience inaugurating their new platforms on the first day of Eid Al-Adha.
In the arrivals halls in Building 1 and Building 2 at Dubai International Airport the children had a beautiful experience of stamping their passports themselves, immortalizing the image of Dubai and its status in their childhood memories.
This step comes as part of the efforts of “Dubai Residency” to provide an atmosphere of joy and happiness during the celebration of Eid Al-Adha.
Along with the support of the Department of Economic Development and Tourism campaign, represented by the Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment, which launched the 29th edition of Dubai Shopping Festival by welcoming the traveling children arriving in Dubai and welcoming them, and completing their entry procedures in the designated platforms.
