DMCC hosts the Israeli senior delegation

DMCC, the world’s flagship Free Zone and Dubai Government Market and Market Regulator, today joined the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry in inviting senior Israeli delegates from the Israeli Chamber of Commerce Federation, the Israel Producers Association, MAI, and the Israel Export and Foreign Cooperation Institute, IEICI, to the headquarters of DMCC, Almas Tower.

A flow of support and collaboration by DMCC

DMCC successfully recruits, collaborates with and supports Israeli industry from a wide variety of industries. At the end of October, the DMCC invited an Israeli delegation of senior leaders. They also invited corporate executives and technology, cybersecurity and fintech investors.

Shortly after the formal signing in mid-September of the UAE-Israel Peace Accord, the DMCC, through its Dubai Diamond Exchange, signed an agreement with the Israel Diamond Exchange to improve regional diamond trading and solidify Dubai’s position as a global diamond industry center.

Netanyahu is optimist regarding the future

“I think the visit of such a high-level delegation from the UAE. would demonstrate the benefits of friendly, peaceful and natural interactions for our people, the region and the whole world,” Netanyahu said earlier.

Four agreements were signed. They were limited to the airport due to coronavirus issues. Issues relating to investment, technical collaboration, civil aviation and visa exemptions during the visit.

Another delegation in December

In December, Israel’s Hapoalim Bank Ltd. and the Israel Export Institute will lead a group of 200 Israeli traders, scientists and entrepreneurs to the UAE. This is for four days of meetings with local businessmen, financial and government agencies and technology firms.

Participants will also attend the Israel Day event. It will be part of the GITEX Technology Week event. This event will take place in December at the Dubai Trade Center. Israeli officials will have one-on-one business meetings with their counterparts.

More collaboration between the two countries is going to happen in the near future. This will help push the peace approach in the middle east region towards the desired stability.
