His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Ruler of Dubai sent a participation invitation to H.E Saleh Kabzabou, Prime Minister and Head of the Transitional Government of the Republic of Chad.
Moreover, His Excellency Rashid Saeed Al Shamsi, UAE Ambassador to Chad handed over the invitation to His Excellency Kabzabou.
This is at the Prime Minister’s Office in the capital, N’Djamena.
President of COP28 Calls Everyone to Be a Part In Climate Action.
Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology and President of COP28, has called on all countries.
In order to unite their efforts to address the impacts of climate change.
And also to achieve the desired achievements during COP28 conference in Dubai.
This was during his speech on the 1st day of the preparatory ministerial meetings for COP28.

COP28 in the UAE made tourism in the UAE more sustainable.
The UAE is preparing to host COP28 from November 30 to December 12, 2023, at Expo City Dubai.
