dnata Travel Promotes Amal Mohammed Ahmed to Vice President of Global Operations
dnata Travel, a global leader in travel services, has announced the promotion of Emirati Amal Mohammed Ahmed to the position of Vice President of Global Operations.
Supporting the company’s ambitious regional and international growth plans from its headquarters in the UAE.
In her new role, Amal will lead dnata Travel Group’s operations division.
Establishing it as a center of excellence, driving automation, streamlining manual processes, and fostering continuous innovation in customer service.
Leading a Global Team
Amal will oversee a team of over 2,000 travel experts.
Across dnata’s global contact centers in the UAE, UK, Serbia, the Philippines, and India.
Her teams provide customer service support to millions of travelers worldwide, catering to dnata Travel Group.
As well as third-party clients, including major global airlines.
She will continue to be based in Dubai and will report to John Bevan, CEO of dnata Travel Group.

Extensive Experience
Amal brings extensive experience in customer service, having been with the Emirates Group for over 20 years.
In her most recent role, she led dnata’s global contact center solutions as Vice President of Global Shared Services.
Her previous positions include serving as Vice President of Shared Services for HR at Emirates Group.
She holds a Master’s degree in Aviation Management with distinction from Coventry University, UK.
Over the past three years, Amal and her team have successfully expanded dnata’s global presence.
Besides that, they increased the number of clients for dnata’s contact centers, with plans for further expansion in the future.
