Today (Sunday, October 2019) is the start of the 365-day countdown to the Expo 2020, a once-in-five-years mega event. After six years of preparation and around $8 billions of investment, we are just one year from ShowTime: October 20, 2020.
The six-month showcase of innovation is expected to draw 25 million visitors, with 192 countries represented, and if history is a guide the impact could be much longer-lasting.
