Whether in the form of designs, prototypes, or market-ready products.
“Ship and Maritime Navigation Protection System” Project:
Ali Al Loughani obtained intellectual property rights for his project “Ship and Maritime Navigation Protection System” from the UAE Ministry of Economy.
It aims to reduce the risks of ship accidents, enhance maritime and environmental safety, and protect vessels.
Moreover, it consists of a remotely operated vehicle (ROV) and a small boat capable of detecting various maritime hazards.
Including other ships, icebergs, underwater cables, offshore stations, wind turbines, and oil platforms.
When a danger is detected, the system alerts the ship’s crew and provides recommendations on how to avoid it.
Additionally, it can predict accident risks and develop safety plans for specific routes.
