The UAE-based company ADNOC Distribution plans to open its first modern service station in the Egyptian market this year, located in New Cairo.
The new station will offer the following:
- Fueling services
- Retail options
- Car care facilities
- Along with an expanded ADNOC Oasis store, enhancing the customer experience.
ADNOC Distribution Largest Station
This station is expected to be the largest in terms of services compared to the 11 existing ADNOC distribution-branded stations in Egypt.
Additionally, the station will join ADNOC Distribution’s network of service stations already operating in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
Later this year, ADNOC Voyager lubricants will also be available in Egypt through independent distributors.
Expanding the brand’s presence beyond ADNOC Distribution stations.
Launch of XRG Investment Company
In November, ADNOC announced the launch of XRG.
XRG is a leading international investment company focused on low-carbon energy and chemicals.
With an enterprise value exceeding AED 290 billion ($80 billion).
The company was approved by ADNOC’s Board of Directors.

Allowing ADNOC-branded fuel stations and ADNOC Oasis stores to enter the Egyptian market.
