The UAE announced the successful launch of “Etihad Sat” satellite, marking the first radar satellite developed by the UAE’s space center team.
This milestone enables the capture of high-resolution images under various weather conditions.
Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre (MBRSC) stated that the launched of the satellite was from Vandenberg Air Force Base in California, USA.
This was aboard a Falcon 9 rocket at 10:43 AM UAE time.
