H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan Visited Qatar Today.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Qatar’s Minister of Foreign Affairs received HH Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed, the UAE Minister of Foreign Affairs at Doha airport today.
During his work visit to Qatar, His Highness discussed the strong ties that connects the UAE and Qatar with the Emir of Qatar and the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
They focused on the latest events in the region and stressed their strong commitment to supporting the Palestinians in Gaza Strip.
The Emir of Qatar Receives UAE Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, The Emir of Qatar, received His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan at his office in the Palace of Lucille.
Moreover, His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan conveyed His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan’s greetings.
Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani also conveyed his compliments to HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and wished the UAE and its people further progress and development.
During the meeting, which is part of His Highness’s working visit to Doha:
- They discussed fraternal relations and ways of supporting and developing them.
- His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan affirmed the depth of the UAE-Qatari fraternal relations.
In addition to the two countries’ continuous endeavors to invest all available opportunities. - His Highness also thanked Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar, for his warm welcome and wished Qatar and its people progress and prosperity.

Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed discussed several topics with Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Qatar’s Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs.

- Brotherly relations between the United Arab Emirates and the State of Qatar
- Strengthening bilateral cooperation in all fields
- Developments in the Middle East, particularly in the Gaza Strip
- Efforts to achieve a sustainable ceasefire
- Outcomes of the ministerial meeting on the initiative for a maritime corridor to deliver humanitarian aid to Gaza
- Necessity of intensifying cooperation and multilateral efforts to end extremism, tension, and escalating violence in the region
- Ceasefire, protection of all civilians, and strengthening the humanitarian response for the Palestinian people
- Appreciation for the ongoing efforts of the State of Qatar to achieve a ceasefire
Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed visit to Qatar reaffirmed the importance of cooperation and coordination between the UAE and Qatar in various fields.
Mentioning that the both sides renewed their commitment to supporting the Palestinian people and providing them with humanitarian assistance.
The UAE and Qatar will continue their efforts to promote security and stability in the region.
