Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan Welcomed ,Syria’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Faisal Mekdad
His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs, hosted a work dinner in Abu Dhabi yesterday with His Excellency Dr. Faisal Mekdad, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the sisterly Syrian Arab Republic.
HH Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed welcomed the Syrian Foreign Minister.
His Highness also expressed his pride in his visit to the United Arab Emirates.
Deep fraternal relations between the UAE and Syria
During the meeting, His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan and His Excellency Dr. Faisal Mekdad discussed bilateral relations between the UAE and Syria.
As well as ways to enhance cooperation in various fields, including development, to serve the common interests of both nations.
His Highness emphasized the deep fraternal relations between the UAE and Syria.
He also confirmed the commitment to their development for the benefit of both countries and their brotherly peoples.
He also conveyed his best wishes for Syria’s security and stability.
As well as prosperity and well-being for its people.
Sustainable stability and security in the region is a main goal for the UAE
The meeting also covered several issues of mutual interest.
In addition to overall regional and international developments in the Middle East.
His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed highlighted that joint Arab efforts are a fundamental pillar for establishing the foundations of sustainable stability and security in the region.
