Dubai real estate market achieved record-breaking sales in the first four months of 2025.
Its sales reached AED 200 billion, according to a report by W Capital.
This reflects continued strong momentum and high demand from both foreign and local investors.
Dubai Land Department Data 2025
Based on Dubai Land Department data from the start of the year until April 29, 2025, the market recorded around AED 200.04 billion in sales.
This was through approximately 62,110 real estate transactions.
Including 47,311 residential units, 5,376 buildings, and 9,423 land plots.
Mortgage transactions during the same four-month period totaled 12,772 deals worth AED 54.78 billion.
While gifted property transactions reached 2,801 deals worth AED 13 billion.
Dubai Real Estate Market Sales in April
In April 2025 alone (up to April 29), real estate sales hit AED 57.5 billion.
It marked the highest April ever and the second-highest monthly sales total after October 2024 (which recorded AED 61 billion).
Over 16,700 deals were completed in April, comprising 13,234 residential units, 1,014 buildings, and 2,494 land plots.
The month also saw around 3,481 mortgage transactions worth AED 13.77 billion.
While gifted transactions recorded 779 deals valued at AED 3.38 billion.

All of which have boosted foreign investor confidence and positioned Dubai as a safe and profitable destination for investment.
