New Groundbreaking in Dubai South Logistics District
Dubai South, the largest master-planned urban development focused on aviation, logistics, and real estate announced the groundbreaking of a new facility in Dubai South Logistics District.
This is in collaboration with INDU Kishore Logistics.
This new project is a significant milestone in the company’s expansion plan.
It also reinforces its pursuit of becoming a diversified industrial player in the logistics sector.
Who Attended the Ceremony ?
The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by:
- Abdul Basit Al Marzouqi, Deputy Executive Director of the Logistics District at Dubai South
- Kishor Lakhani, Chairman of INDU Group
- Along with several senior executives from both sides
Details of INDU Kishore Logistics New Facility
The new facility is spanning around 23,000 square meters.
While its storage capacity reaches 75,000 pallets.
As per expectations, the facility completion will take place on the third quarter of 2025.
Moreover, it will rely on data-driven automation to streamline operations, enabling quick response and ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of shipments.
Mentioning that it is designed to accommodate spare parts of various sizes.
