The strategic plan for new visa policy will enhance stability to the real estate market in the UAE, said Saleh Abdullah Lootah, the CEO of Lootah prominent real estate developers in the region and UAE.
Part of expansion of Business and tourism , His highness Sheikh Mohammed Ruler of Dubai, recently announced the new five-year multiple entry tourist visa for all nationalities and also to encourage the country’s tourism economy and position itself as the preferred tourist destination in the region.
Last year was a successful year with real estate industry ended 2019 strong, as property sales transactions in Dubai hit an 11-year high. This record came after last year of succession.
This year expected to boost up more especially with the upcoming Expo 2020. With upcoming new plan, policies and initiatives in line with enhancing the event, which will lead to the sector’s continuous improvement.
As UAE growing fast , business needed more stability therefore , Lootah said that the outcome of the new visa policy of the UAE will result in the stabilization and also economic stability with investors.
