Visa Violators Can Leave the UAE Without Administrative Restrictions
The process has been made straightforward.

These teams are actively present in service centers across the UAE.

Private companies are also encouraged to support Visa violators by offering employment opportunities.
One key advantage of this initiative is that it allows Visa violators to leave the country without administrative restrictions that would prevent their return.

Services For Residents with Visa Violations.
The Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (ICA) provides six main services for Visa violators during this graceful period:
- Issuing exit permits.
- Renewing residence permits.
- Issuing residence permits for foreign-born children.
- Issuing new work or residence visas.
- Modifying conditions on valid visas.
- Issuing residence permits for violators of work and residence visas.

For those without existing biometric data (such as fingerprints), the ICA has set up ten centers across the country to register their biometrics.
This facilitates the process of obtaining biometric services anywhere in the UAE, based on the visa or residence permit previously issued.
