The sixth edition of UAE AI Camp continues for 5 weeks
The National Program for Artificial Intelligence, in collaboration with the National Program for Coders will launch the 6th UAE AI Camp by tomorrow, Monday.
The camp will run for five weeks, aiming to invest in the youth’s potential and empower them with future skills.
It also aims at equipping them with the latest AI solutions and tools to develop creative solutions to challenges.
So they can innovate in advanced technology fields and support the efforts to develop vital sectors.
The camp is targeting children, school and university students, AI and programming experts, and various community groups.
UAE AI Camp covers seven main themes:
- The future of AI
- Data science and machine learning
- AI in education, healthcare and finance sectors
- Web development and robotics
- AI ethics and governance
- Cybersecurity
- Virtual and augmented reality.
The scientific and training content is provided in collaboration with government and private institutions and leading technology companies.
Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy, and Remote Work Applications, emphasized that the UAE AI Camp embodies the vision of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum to design a future based on generations aware and qualified to lead the AI sector.
He noted that the annual organization of the camp and the wide participation it witnesses reflect the increasing community and institutional interest in adopting future technologies.
Sustainable Digital Economy Initiative
His Excellency stated that the camp is part of a package of government initiatives aimed at contributing to enhancing a sustainable digital economy.
It is solidifying the country’s global leadership and competitiveness in future fields.
By expanding cooperation frameworks between government and private entities and leading global technology companies in AI fields.
It is also ensuring camp participants education and awareness about the latest developments in this rapidly changing field.
The sixth edition of the camp offers specialized programs and interactive workshops.
With the participation and partnership of elite government and private entities until the end of August.
Major global companies specialized in AI and programming are also partners in this event.
Generative AI Competitiveness
The UAE AI Camp activities cover topics that enhance the competitiveness of participants in hackathons and competitions.
At both Arab and national levels in generative AI fields.
The topics discuss the importance of cybersecurity, how to recognize its challenges, understand its standards and best practices.
In addition to the adoption of responsible AI in schools and universities.
This will surely enhance knowledge and the correct and optimal use of technological tools.

Learners can benefit from robots in daily life to solve different challenges.
They can also teach the basics of computer vision related to robots, its importance and practical applications.
In addition to the basic concepts related to image processing and design robots capable of interacting with humans.
The UAE AI Camp has seen significant participation and wide engagement from various community groups in its previous five editions.
It attracted more than 30,000 participants from different educational stages and academic backgrounds.
This was by its activities, training workshops, and diverse discussion sessions aimed at developing participants’ skills with the latest technological advancements.
