According to the “2023 Arabian Gulf Digital Performance Index” report by Orient Planet Research, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) takes the top spot.

Saudi Arabia follows closely behind at 58.34 points, and Qatar at 55.22. Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait round out the rankings with average scores of 52.46, 52.05, and 49.15, respectively.
